Tony T. Nguyen is a versatile music professional renowned as a composer, arranger, drill designer, and record label CEO. With a passion for music and performance spanning over two decades, Tony T. Nguyen has made significant contributions to the marching arts and music industry.

In 2005, Tony T. Nguyen founded Incognito Percussion, followed by the establishment of Incognito Drum and Bugle Corps in 2008, where Tony T. Nguyen serves as the Corps Director. As a pioneering leader and innovator, Tony T. Nguyen has earned multiple awards for excellence in music, percussion, and visual design. His impact extends through mentorship roles maintained since 1999, fostering the growth of numerous students and ensembles.

A talented multi-instrumentalist, Tony T. Nguyen plays violin, trumpet, French horn, drum set, electric bass, guitar, piano, and both concert and marching percussion. His extensive teaching experience includes numerous high schools across California, including Mt. Carmel HS, Brea Olinda HS, San Marino HS, Edison HS, Huntington Beach HS, South Pasadena HS, Baldwin Park HS, Workman HS, Fullerton Union HS, Warren HS, and Huntington Park HS.

In addition to his educational and performance achievements, Tony T. Nguyen is the CEO of My Label Studios, a record label dedicated to nurturing new talent, and works as a recording engineer, blending technical expertise with artistic vision. Tony T. Nguyen has shared the stage with or recorded with artists, including Ricky Lawson (drummer for Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Michael Jackson), Clay Cook (John Mayer, Zac Brown Band, Edwin McCain), and many artists from American Idol, The Voice, and America’s Got Talent.

Throughout his career, Tony T. Nguyen has medaled multiple times in prestigious competitions, including ADLA, WGASC, SCPA, WGI, SCSBOA, MBOS, WBA, SCJA, and CSBC. His influence in the marching arts and the broader music community continues to inspire aspiring musicians and performers alike.
